The Field Service Support Analyst provides on-site and remote technical support for Enterprise Imaging Radiology and Cardiology customers, primarily in a hospital-based environment. This role is responsible for installing/moving, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing imaging hardware and software in healthcare settings, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance. If you are located in Dallas, TX, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: - Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Enterprise Imaging Radiology and Cardiology equipment - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues using manufacturers' documentation and diagnostic tools - Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime - Equipment Installation & Relocation - Install, configure, and relocate medical imaging systems according to manufacturer specifications - Test newly installed equipment to ensure full functionality before handover - Document all installation activities for compliance and customer records - Customer Service & Relationship Management - Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to understand their technical needs and concerns - Provide guidance on equipment usage and recommend solutions to optimize performance - Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance trust and satisfaction Documentation & Compliance - Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including troubleshooting steps, parts used, and repairs performed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manufacturer standards, and company policies - Submit required service reports, expense logs, and part returns on time You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED (or higher) - 3+ years of experience as a field tech support diagnosing and troubleshooting software and/or computer systems - troubleshooting software and/or computer systems - Ability to work 8:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Time Zone or Central Time Zone - Ability to occasionally work on call and overtime as the business requires - Ability to Travel 75%25 of the time, including short-notice travel - Ability to lift, move and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds - Reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or computer technology Diploma - Certification (MCSE, A+, etc.) - Experience in a customer service environment Soft Skills: - Commitment to continuous learning and personal development - Ability to develop in-depth product knowledge *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.
