TFS HealthScience - Contract Research Organization
• Facilitates assigned contract processes for all contracting scenarios, including but not limited to the coordination and finalization of the customer contract including the project specifications in the budget for proposals, contracts and change orders • Assists management with complex tasks such as bidding template updates, bidding calculators and process improvement tools • Support TFS response to sales opportunities and work with the internal TFS team to respond appropriately to Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) • Communicate cross-departmentally, globally and with frequent executive level correspondence • Support the TFS team preparing for client meetings and Bid Defence Meetings (BDM) • Record all relevant business activities and client contacts in the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
- Excellent knowledge of Excel - ability to work with advanced formulas (must-have)
- Superior understanding of sales/proposal writing/budget generation processes (must-have)
- Experience working in a CRO (must-have)
- Superior ability to coordinate information from and follow up with diverse sources in order to meet clients’ requirements for proposal and budget development
