• Analyze your territory and implement a prospecting strategy, including account mapping across the 📍AURA Region. • Own the entire sales cycle for our CSE solutions with prospects (from the first on-site meeting through to closing). • Present and demonstrate our products to prospects (Gift Vouchers 🎁, Culture 📚, Holidays 🌴, and Platform ⚙️). • Negotiate and close contracts: conduct negotiations and finalize sales, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for Swile and the client. • Sell and oversee the technical deployment of our solutions in collaboration with the Onboarding (CSM) team. • Collaborate closely with your teammates: regional Mid-Market Sales colleagues, Gift and MV teams, Key Account Managers (KAM), partnerships team, etc.

• The Business Development Manager – Operations & Maintenance will be responsible for managing client relationships, seeking out new opportunities and driving revenue growth for our Operations and Maintenance team. • Account management of existing client base and development of new client relationships • Understanding of renewable energy solutions market and client development principles in a professional service industry setting • Prospecting and qualification of new clients and opportunities through in-person and remote networking efforts • Have a high-level ability to speak to all service offerings, while developing an in-depth understanding of SOLV’s Operations and Maintenance services specifically. • Liaise closely with Bus. Dev. team to coordinate SOLV pursuit of project Opportunities both through response to formal RFP processes and bi-lateral negotiation. • Review BusDev “Go/NoGo” decision, review incoming RFPs (Request For Proposal) and be able to understand and summarize key Opportunity parameters in succinct and accurate fashion (i.e. Client, Location, MW capacity, Interconnection Voltage, COD deadline, RFP deadline etc.). • Lead the pursuit effort and manage all communications and deliverables to the client. • Prepare proposals and quotes using company-provided templates and tools. • Create, update, and maintain records and workflows in business operations platforms such as CRM, shared folders, etc. • Take accurate meeting minutes and track assigned deliverables. • Follow-up with team members beyond BusDev department regarding assigned tasks and due dates. • Maintain fluent working knowledge of renewable energy subject matter (primarily utility-scale solar and battery energy storage systems) to facilitate performance of duties. • Maintain engagement (i.e. liaise with SOLV Team & Client, as needed) between quote submittal and contract signature • Attend industry events and follow industry news for project announcements, sales, and transfers • Additional duties and tasks may be assigned to support Business Development efforts.
