Job Description Financial Services Operations Representative Role Overview As a Financial Services Operations Representative, you will be providing transaction-processing services with a service orientated approach for our Mutual Fund client. You will work as part of a team to provide proactive and innovative solutions with a high attention to detail and accuracy. This role will be primarily operational in nature; however, you will also have opportunity to interact with account holders while working to research and resolve open items. Our team members share a commitment to ongoing professional development and delivery of exceptional quality service. What you will be doing - Perform daily account activities to provide excellent service to our customers by processing financial service requests with efficiency and accuracy. - After attending formal training, execute service requests, which include purchases, redemptions, account maintenance, and new account set-up. - Meet and surpass quality and productivity objectives within current role, bringing a quality mindset to all aspects of the work. - Review transactions for quality, ensuring the accuracy of the work entered; escalating areas of concern as needed. - Work collaboratively within a virtual environment to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally. - On a daily basis, effectively communicate with advisors, shareholders, and the client over the phone in order to resolve complex issues or clarify incoming requests. - Utilize internal and external resources to maintain a working knowledge of relevant account and industry trends. - Reps II and III will be reviewing and ensuring accuracy of work entered, providing coaching when needed and making recommendations for procedural changes.
