Responsibilities Project Reporting and Data Management: Lead writing, consolidation and documentation of registration and carbon crediting applications and monitoring reports in alignment with carbon credit methodology compliance. Support with net abatement calculations as necessary. Project Delivery & Monitoring: Work with Commercial, Grower Operations and Compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate collection of data and information from program participants needed for project implementation throughout the lifecycle. Support to ensure data is accurately stored and updated in appropriate platforms and well integrated within Loam’s record systems. Soil Carbon Research & Analysis: Conduct research and analysis of soil carbon methodology developments as they relate to Loam’s carbon offerings, including sampling approaches, program design and carbon market trends. Process Design and Documentation: Develop comprehensive process maps and documentation for all aspects of our Carbon Programs, from initial design through to final audit and carbon credit issuance. Continuous Optimization: Regularly review and refine processes to ensure they remain efficient, scalable, and aligned with our program goals. This includes reviewing existing and potential technology tools and platforms. Establish feedback mechanisms to capture pain points and suggestions for improvement from across the organisation. Skills and Experiences Knowledge, skills, abilities [tangible or intangible] Essential Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. 2-5 years of professional experience in data-intensive environment Experience in technical report or proposal writing Strong understanding of file‑based data management, folder structures, metadata, and data lifecycle concepts. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to design processes that are both efficient and scalable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across various levels of the organisation and with external partners. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and organisational goals. Desirable Experience in process engineering or analysis, ideally within a management consulting environment or in roles that involved the design and optimization of complex project processes.
