On the monitoring side, this person will be analyzing alerts that may cause incidents with the goal being mitigating potential incidents through triaging and contacting appropriate stakeholders. From an incident management perspective, this person will coordinate bridge lines and monitor outage calls for ongoing incidents impacting applications.
