Role Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant specializing in SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L) to join our global SAP delivery team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a dynamic, client-facing environment and enjoy enabling supply chain collaboration through next-generation SAP logistics technologies. You will work directly with business and IT stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize logistics and supply chain processes leveraging SAP BN4L and its integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP Business Network components. - Lead functional design and implementation of SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L) across inbound, outbound, and freight collaboration processes. - Engage with business users to analyze current-state logistics and transportation processes, identify gaps, and define optimized future-state solutions using SAP BN4L capabilities. - Configure and support BN4L components for freight order management, carrier collaboration, shipment tracking, proof of delivery, and document exchange. - Integrate BN4L with SAP TM (Transportation Management), SAP S/4HANA Logistics, and third-party logistics systems. - Support the design of business partner onboarding strategies, including carrier, shipper, and freight forwarder integrations. - Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows). - Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and integration experts to ensure seamless end-to-end solution delivery. - Conduct unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training. - Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and process improvement recommendations. - Participate in pre-sales or client workshops to demonstrate BN4L capabilities and best practices.
