Role Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant specializing in SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L) to join our global SAP delivery team. You will work directly with business and IT stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize logistics and supply chain processes leveraging SAP BN4L and its integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP Business Network components. - Lead functional design and implementation of SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L) across inbound, outbound, and freight collaboration processes. - Engage with business users to analyze current-state logistics and transportation processes, identify gaps, and define optimized future-state solutions using SAP BN4L capabilities. - Configure and support BN4L components for freight order management, carrier collaboration, shipment tracking, proof of delivery, and document exchange. - Integrate BN4L with SAP TM (Transportation Management), SAP S/4HANA Logistics, and third-party logistics systems. - Support the design of business partner onboarding strategies, including carrier, shipper, and freight forwarder integrations. - Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows). - Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and integration experts to ensure seamless end-to-end solution delivery. - Conduct unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training. - Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and process improvement recommendations. - Participate in pre-sales or client workshops to demonstrate BN4L capabilities and best practices. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience in logistics and supply chain modules (SAP TM, EWM, LE, or similar). - Minimum 1+ year of SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L) implementation or support experience (or prior experience with SAP Logistics Business Network LBN). - Strong understanding of logistics collaboration, freight settlement, and carrier management. - Experience with S/4HANA integration, EDI/IDoc communication, and external carrier systems. - Excellent business process design and documentation skills. - Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities. - U.S. work authorization and ability to travel on-demand for project or client engagements. Requirements - SAP Certification in Logistics or SAP Business Network (preferred). - Exposure to SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). - Familiarity with SAP Business Network for Procurement or Asset Intelligence Network. - Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies. Location & Travel - Remote (within the United States). - Must be available for on-demand travel (up to 25%) to client sites or workshops as required.

• Collaborate with Project teams / Stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Ariba solutions. • Design, configure, and implement SAP Ariba modules, including Procure-to-Order (P2O), Supplier Performance and Sourcing, Contracts Management, and others as required. • Customize SAP Ariba applications to align with the member firm procurement processes and business rules. • Provide technical expertise in SAP Ariba Buying (Downstream) solutions, including configuration, integration, approval flow setup. • Working experience in SAP Ariba Contract Management, SLP, Sourcing is good to have. • Good experience in working with Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) to track / solve integration issues. • Analyze and optimize procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing any issues or concerns related to the SAP Ariba platform. • Create and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.
