Job Description

Law Clerk – Seasonal

Dragonfly Health

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance and Legal departments across the organization. • Prepare and execute mail merges for regulatory and legal communications. • Draft and process regulatory change forms and correspondence, as needed. • Enter and maintain pharmacy licensing information within internal tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Perform license verifications and maintain accurate records of findings. • Prepare regulatory documentation for supervisory review and approval. • Conduct research on regulatory agency websites to identify appropriate contacts and mailing addresses for required notifications. • Format and standardize policies and related documentation for consistency and compliance (subject to supervisory review). • Scan, organize, and maintain electronic documents in accordance with recordkeeping standards. • Conduct initial reviews of contracts and agreements, escalating to legal counsel for further analysis and approval. • Perform document redlining and formatting revisions to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency. • Coordinate and process electronic signatures for contracts and legal documents. • Provide general administrative support as needed. • Assist with special projects related to compliance, legal operations, or regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, compliance, legal, or healthcare-related roles preferred.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory processes and documentation, preferably within healthcare or pharmacy environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), including mail merge and document formatting.
  • Experience with document management systems and electronic signature platforms preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

This is a remote position. Paradigm is seeking a Legal Specialist to support a global legal industry client.
