Analytics Lead Analyst - Express Scripts - Remote

POSITION SUMMARY This position will partner with operations leadership and teams in the visioning and design of analytic solutions to drive differentiated service, operational efficiency, and a positive client experience. The analyst will work to realize these solutions through data acquisition across a wide portfolio of source systems, data preparation, and data visualization, providing information that is both relevant and actionable. In addition, the position will support existing reports and tools and answer ad hoc inquiries as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Locate, extract, manipulate, and organize data from operational source systems in support of analytic tool development (SQL, Microsoft SSIS, Alteryx). - Partner with varying levels of operations leadership to understand challenges, goals, and pain points, designing analytic solutions to address them - Develop data visualizations through Tableau that present information to PBM Services Operational teams and leadership that is both relevant and actionable - Enhance/troubleshoot existing reports, tools, and data feeds to support evolving business needs. - Present results and/or recommendations to key business stakeholders up to and including Senior Staff - Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximize value delivered through team activity. - Work with cross functional teams to develop sustained analytical solutions QUALIFICATIONS - High School Diploma required - 2+ years’ relevant experience required - Bachelor’s Degree preferred - Analytical and strategic thinking skills preferred - SQL and Tableau Experience required - Experience with the following preferred: Data Modeling, Microsoft SSIS, Data Bricks preferred - Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word preferred - Strong organizational and customer service skills preferred - Strong communication/presentation/meeting facilitation skills preferred - Solution design and Troubleshooting skills preferred - Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines preferred - Ability to handle/balance multiple projects or tasks at a time preferred - Knowledge of PBM Industry and contact center operations preferred but not required If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,000 - 131,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
