Campaign Strategist

LaunchDarkly

About the Job: We are seeking a marketing campaign strategist to help build and scale the Integrated Campaigns function at LaunchDarkly. The Campaign Strategist will lead the tactical execution of all campaigns in market. This role will direct, orchestrate and analyze performance of full-funnel ABM campaigns across multiple channels to generate awareness and demand across prospects and customers. The ideal candidate will combine an understanding of ABM and demand generation frameworks, attention to executional details, deep collaboration across marketing, sales, and operations teams, and a desire to help build a critical function from the ground up. Responsibilities: - Support the planning, build, and optimization of new logo and customer campaigns that support generation of pipeline and revenue. - Plan the promotional elements of all campaigns, that align campaign messaging across channels, including advertising, paid social, nurture emails, webinars, direct mail, and video. - Map existing content to campaign needs, and work cross-functionally with content and PMM to influence future content plans. - Work closely with channel experts to analyze campaign performance, and recommend optimizations to improve campaign performance. - Work closely with sales teams to enable coordinated execution of outreach efforts between teams. - Work with Revenue Operations to execute repeatable processes across our GTM motion. - Work cross-functionally across marketing teams brand, product marketing, creative, content, project management, and marketing operations to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, integrated campaigns, and ABM. - Proven ability to execute marketing programs that are aligned to strategic business goals and deliver measurable results. - Strong understanding of B2B demand gen and ABM frameworks. - Skilled at leading through influence and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders to drive coordinated campaign execution. - Experience partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations on pipeline generation, acceleration and account engagement strategies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey plans and direction clearly across teams. - Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environments strongly preferred. Pay: Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 4: - Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle - $108,000 - $149,000** - Zone 2: Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago - $97,000 - $134,000** - Zone 3: All other US locations - $92,000 - $127,000** LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs.
