Conocimientos requeridos (indispensable): - SOLDADURA DE PLÁSTICOS POR VIBRACIÓN Y ULTRASONIDO - Soldadura por vibración 2 años, CEMAS, Branson y Dukane. - Soldadura por ultrasonido 2 años, Dukane y Granson. - Interpretación de gráficos dimensionales 2 años, manejo de tolerancias geométricas. - Experiencia en mantenimiento preventivo. - Experiencia en mantenimiento correctivo. - Mecánica y electricidad básica-media. • Partner closely with the CPO, COO, and outside counsel to plan, organize, and facilitate labor strategy initiatives, policies, and practices, with a strong emphasis on collective bargaining and union-management relationships. • Provide strategic and operational support for collective bargaining preparation, negotiations, and post-agreement implementation activities. • Serve as a key liaison in managing relationships with union leadership, supporting constructive engagement and issue resolution. • Communicate regularly with the teams on the status of bargaining. • Consolidate and deliver status reporting, executive communications, and engagement strategies related to labor relations and change initiatives. • Anticipate, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decision points across multiple, concurrent change efforts. • Manage outside counsel. • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and governance requirements. • Coach GMs on handling union issues and strikes, when applicable. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure change readiness activities, such as communications, training, and stakeholder engagement, are effectively executed to support Operations. • Ability to travel approximately 50%, based on business needs.
