• Own the overall web strategy for getnerdio.com — from information architecture and messaging hierarchy to conversion optimization and UX. • Lead a team of 2 responsible for web experience / UX, web development, testing and design; setting priorities, managing workflows, and maintaining quality across all web properties. • Partner with demand gen and PMM to design and launch landing pages, product pages, and conversion flows that support pipeline generation. • Define and manage a continuous testing and optimization program (A/B and multivariate testing) to improve conversion rates across key pages and user journeys. • Oversee SEO / AEO / GEO strategy in partnership with content and PMM, including technical SEO / AEO / GEO, on-page optimization, and site architecture for discoverability. • Translate brand and messaging guidelines into web experiences that are visually compelling, accessible, and buyer-centric. • Manage the web development roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives with ongoing maintenance, performance, and reliability. • Own web analytics and reporting — defining KPIs, building dashboards, and delivering regular performance insights to marketing leadership. • Evaluate and manage web technology vendors, tools, and platforms (CMS, analytics, testing, personalization). • Ensure site performance, security, and accessibility standards are consistently met. • Led localization (currently just Japanese, but expanding to include French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish). • Leverage AI to improve the team’s speed and quality across development, website experience / changes, and localization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in web marketing or digital experience roles, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of improving website conversion rates and driving measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong understanding of SEO / AEO / GEO principles, technical web performance, and UX best practices.
- Experience with modern CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Heap, or similar).
- Fluency in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, content, and marketing stakeholders.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Comfort with and willingness to use AI tools to maximize impact and efficiency.
