• Act as the main liaison between business units and IT, understanding business needs and translating them into actionable technology initiatives. • Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, goals, and challenges to align IT priorities effectively. • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, ensuring continuous alignment and satisfaction. • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to deployment, maintenance, and retirement. • Lead multi-functional teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs. • Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. • Support portfolio of IT projects and products, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and deliverables meet business priorities. • Facilitate collaboration between IT teams, product managers, and business collaborators to drive project success. • Identify and champion opportunities to use emerging technologies and industry trends to address business challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10 years Product Management Commercial and/or Personal Lines insurance experience
  • Solid technical background with a deep understanding of product development processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
  • Proven ability to lead others directly or indirectly, as demonstrated through 5+ years of leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large cross-functional programs and at least 2 of those years directly managing others.
