• Negotiate cloud service agreements, terms, and discounts with cloud vendors • Manage vendor relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for cloud service providers • Draft, review, and manage cloud service contracts to ensure compliance and favorable terms • Monitor and manage cloud procurement activities to support contract operations and cost objectives • Collaborate with FinOps and engineering teams to align procurement strategies with cloud financial goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (highly desirable); substitution of 6 years of on-the-job experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in cloud services negotiations, cloud terms and agreements, and discounts with cloud vendors
- Experience managing vendor relationships, drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts
- Active cloud certification required (any major cloud provider)

Role Description The Clinical Resource Specialist is responsible for working with the Clinical Resource Team, Service Lines as well as all of Supply Chain Category Management to provide support and validation regarding decision making related to supplies, equipment and services being considered by the organization. Working in close partnership with Category Management, the Clinical Resource Manager supports the Category Managers by driving savings and value creation through: - Cost optimization - Product, equipment and services utilization - Rationalization aligned with best-in-class clinical practices This role requires strong research skills, data analysis capabilities, opportunity identification skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both supply chain and clinical leadership. This role ensures compliance with applicable regulations while supporting efficient contract execution and purchasing operations.
