We’re looking for a Junior Buyer to support our indirect procurement function across IT (SaaS), Marketing, Security, and more. In this role, you won’t just process purchase orders — you’ll help manage vendor spend, improve procurement workflows, and ensure we’re operating efficiently as we scale. You’ll partner closely across teams to make sure they have what they need, while helping the business stay disciplined and thoughtful about how we spend. • Manage end-to-end renewal lifecycle for Cisco service contracts and subscriptions • Proactively track upcoming renewals and engage customers well in advance of expiration dates • Prepare and deliver renewal quotes in alignment with Cisco Systems pricing and policies • Work closely with sales teams, account managers, and channel partners to close renewals • Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing, and customer interactions in CRM systems • Resolve customer issues related to renewals, pricing discrepancies, or contract terms • Ensure compliance with Cisco licensing and support policies • Forecast renewal pipelines and provide regular reporting to management • Stay updated on Cisco programs, promotions, and lifecycle changes • Maintain relationships with salespeople and vendors • Process Quotes, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders timely and accurately • Coordinate between Sales, Finance and Vendors

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - 7+ years in Sourcing; 0-3 years of people or project management - Material Requirements or Enterprise Resource Planning; contract negotiations - Able to travel up to 30% - domestically and internationally Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain - Experience with International Suppliers - SAP; proficient in Spanish or Mandarin The pay range for this position is $93,931.00 - $155,140.50; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies. • Collaborate with brand managers to understand and document product requirements and delivery timelines • Identify and develop relationships with vendors who can provide products that meet requirements at competitive prices for a wide range of products • Manage communications with vendors to ensure on time delivery of products • Collaborate with the warehouse and brand managers to ensure appropriate stock levels across all SKUs and distribution locations • Liaise with AP and brand managers to ensure purchase orders are executed and invoices are paid in a timely manner • Provide COGS analysis and develop strategies to reduce costs • Develop and communicate item level inventory analysis • Create and maintain regular reporting and provide ad hoc procurement analysis • Collaborate with the warehouse to arrange for best way shipping for domestic and international shipments • Identify and implement new processes to improve ordering and inventory management • On-site inventory management with Pharmacy Partners, requiring periodic travel • Willingness to travel to LifeMD Pharmacy Partners for inventory management (both OTC/Rx items) • Special projects as needed
