Job Requirements
- Deep, production-level experience with n8n automation systems
- Strong full-stack development skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, databases)
- Proven experience leading engineers while remaining hands-on
- Daily, hands-on use of Claude Code in development workflows
- Strong working experience with Clay for data enrichment, signal detection, or GTM automation
- Experience building and scaling AI/LLM systems in production
- Strong systems architecture thinking (scalability, reliability, fault tolerance)
- Executive-level mindset with the ability to align technical decisions with business outcomes
- Agency or services background with multi-client automation systems
- Experience building SaaS or productized internal tools
- Familiarity with tools like Airtable, HubSpot, Slack APIs, and outbound infrastructure
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
