Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with 3 -10 years of experience
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science
- Proficiency in CAD software for mechanical design, simulation, and drafting technical drawings
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, and optimize mechanical systems for improved reliability and performance
- Experience supervising and coordinating fabrication, testing, and installation of mechanical equipment
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills to support engineering reports, evaluations, and compliance requirements

Description The Senior Mechanical Engineer at Hyper Solutions plays a critical role in designing and supporting mechanical components and enclosures for power distribution systems used in data center environments. This position contributes to the development of reliable, high-quality products that meet customer expectations while supporting a fast-paced and growing business. This role works closely with electrical engineering, manufacturing, and external partners to ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and aligned with project timelines. The Senior Mechanical Engineer also provides technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members while supporting multiple concurrent projects. This position is well-suited for an experienced engineer with strong CAD expertise, deep knowledge of mechanical design for electrical systems, and the ability to lead through both technical execution and collaboration.
