• Liderar la planeación, coordinación y ejecución de proyectos tecnológicos de inicio a fin. • Asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos, la alineación entre áreas y la visibilidad del avance de iniciativas estratégicas. • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios en un entorno dinámico y orientado a resultados.

Job Requirements

  • Planear y coordinar proyectos de tecnología de inicio a fin.
  • Definir cronogramas, responsables, entregables, riesgos y dependencias.
  • Dar seguimiento puntual al avance de iniciativas y asegurar cumplimiento de fechas.
  • Identificar bloqueos y facilitar su resolución con los equipos involucrados.
  • Alinear prioridades entre tecnología, producto, operaciones y negocio.
  • Organizar ceremonias, reuniones de seguimiento y reportes de estatus.
  • Mantener documentación actualizada de proyectos, acuerdos y decisiones.
  • Asegurar visibilidad clara del portafolio de proyectos para líderes y stakeholders.
  • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios como desarrollo, QA, producto, datos, infraestructura o proveedores.
  • Impulsar buenas prácticas de ejecución, comunicación y gestión operativa.
  • Profesional con experiencia gestionando proyectos tecnológicos y equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Capacidad para traducir necesidades del negocio en planes de trabajo claros.
  • Fuerte orientación a organización, seguimiento, priorización y resolución de problemas.
  • Buen nivel de comunicación con perfiles técnicos y no técnicos.
  • Enfoque en ejecución, control y mejora continua.
  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de tecnología.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos de desarrollo de software, producto o infraestructura.
  • Experiencia coordinando múltiples iniciativas en paralelo.
  • Deseable experiencia en entornos ágiles, híbridos o de transformación digital.
  • Deseable experiencia en empresas con operación dinámica y alta coordinación entre áreas.
  • Gestión de proyectos tecnológicos.
  • Metodologías ágiles y tradicionales.
  • Planeación, seguimiento y control de proyectos.
  • Gestión de riesgos, dependencias y prioridades.
  • Elaboración de reportes ejecutivos y dashboards de seguimiento.
  • Entendimiento general del ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software.
  • Manejo de herramientas como Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Monday o similares.
  • Deseable conocimiento básico de APIs, integraciones, QA, arquitectura o nube para facilitar la comunicación con equipos técnicos.

Role Description The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating multiple implementation projects with a focus, but not limited to, our current clients Accuro data migration needs. The primary accountability of this role is to ensure a smooth data transition for our clients through a high level of coordination, communication, and transition.
