• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, aligning our platform's value with each prospect’s needs. • Comfortable communicating with leaders in product, finance, and engineering ranging from front-line manager to C-Level executive. • Work closely with Account Executives to navigate complex sales cycles, delivering impactful product demonstrations and providing strategic recommendations. • Assist in designing and executing proof of concepts to showcase how our platform can solve customer challenges. • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer success and refine our sales approach. • Develop a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, the evolving AI CodeGen tool space, and our platform to better serve customers.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer facing experience and a minimum of one year in a Sales Engineering role.
  • A strong grasp of modern software development practices, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI-powered code generation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude), and a perspective on how they’re transforming developer workflows.
  • A passion for solving real customer problems and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
  • Ability to present, demo, and articulate technical solutions to various personas across all levels of the organization.
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments; quick to learn, iterate, and take initiative.
  • Works cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success to drive value and results.
