"Job Duties: Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data from diverse sources. Create and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and transformation in large-scale environments. Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Implement data modeling best practices for Power BI, ensuring accurate and performant analytics. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL workflows, resolving issues promptly to maintain data integrity. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards across all processes. Perform performance tuning for ETL jobs and SQL queries to meet SLA requirements. Document ETL processes, data flows, and reporting logic for transparency and maintainability. Support production deployments and provide on-call assistance during the 2 PM–11 PM IST shift. Minimum Skills Required: Strong expertise in SQL, including advanced joins, indexing, query optimization, and stored procedures. Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques. Proficiency in ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or equivalent platforms. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schemas). Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ETL workflows for performance and reliability. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for data solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a 2 PM–11 PM IST shift. Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, OneLake, Dataflows Gen2) is a strong plus." The scheduler is expected to arrive promptly for each shift, ready to fulfil their responsibility effectively. - As a bi-lingual scheduler, effectively communicate with patients in preferred language, ensuring the accurate conveyance of medical information and terminology. - Clear and precise communication in both languages in essential to uphold patient safety and satisfaction.
