Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or account management
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and hit quota-based targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative sales style
- Tech-savvy and experienced using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- High level of self-direction and time management
- Comfortable working within a defined workday (9am–5pm CST), while managing priorities and outcomes independently
