JOB OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, the Sr Manager, Marketing Automation & Analytics owns Henry Schein One’s marketing automation ecosystem and analytics framework. This role ensures our Adobe Marketo and ABM platforms are best-in-class, designs robust data flows to and from Salesforce, and partners cross-functionally to deliver scalable, measurable programs across email, advertising, events, nurture, and personalization. The leader establishes data governance and validation processes; leverages AI to simplify workflows, enhance lead scoring and segmentation, and power predictive insights and chatbots; and delivers attribution models, dashboards, and performance analytics that optimize content and reporting to drive pipeline and conversion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Own administration and operational excellence of Adobe Marketo and ABM platform; monitor system health and resolve issues. - Design and maintain complex workflows between Marketo and Salesforce to optimize lead lifecycle, routing, scoring, and conversion. - Own marketing data infrastructure: ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency; implement governance and validation processes. - Develop and maintain attribution models and campaign performance dashboards; standardize KPI definitions across marketing funnel. - Partner with RevOps and BizOps CRM admins to architect integrations supporting data workflow, attribution, campaign, lead source setups. - Scope, build, QA, and launch programs requested by Demand Generation and other teams (email, advertising, nurtures, landing pages, events, webinars, content, websites, etc.) with SLAs and playbooks. - Leverage AI to automate enrichment, segmentation, lead scoring; implement AI-powered chatbots and predictive analysis for personalization. - Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and content based on analytics and reporting. - Provide training, documentation, and change management to drive adoption of best practices across marketing and sales. - Manage vendor relationships and compliance/security requirements; evaluate new tools aligned to roadmap. - Mentor direct and indirect reports; align scopes and standards with related roles. SCOPE: Typically manage two or more complex sections of a department, a more complex department, large and complex process or multiple large processes. Focus on executing goals in accordance with the policies and directives of senior management. Fully accountable for meeting the operating objectives of the department. Establish key operational objectives and work plans and delegate assignments to staff. May develop proposed budgets for approval and manage budget once approved. Operate with substantial latitude for independent action or decision. May play a role in high-level projects that have an impact on the function's future direction. COMPLEXITY: Increased breadth of responsibility and overall accountability (e.g. strategy, finance, negotiation, communication, etc.). Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives, including an understanding of current business trends. Act as advisor/coach to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve problems. Full knowledge of multiple areas within sub-function derived from experience in in non-management and manager level role(s). Focus on executing goals in an accurate and timely manner. STRATEGY: Translate and implement the strategy in order to further the sub-function's larger goals through the work of more senior professional staff. Create new, or recommends changes to policies and establish procedures that affect the sub-function SUPERVISION: Manage work and goals of professional level staff performing non-routine work or who manage a more complex process or system. May have subordinate supervisors. INTERACTION: Regularly interact with senior management, executive levels and/or customers on matters concerning several functional areas and/or other company divisions or units.
