Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- This position requires an active Public Trust clearance. The selected qualified candidate must be able to successfully pass a DHS/TSA background investigation and clearance process.

Role Description Bluestone Physician Services is seeking a Data Analyst: Value-Based Care to contribute to Bluestone’s analytics initiatives. This role will support the analytical capability by assisting in the maintenance of existing systems, performing standardized processes, and executing analytical work to support strategic influence and operational excellence. Schedule: - Full-time position, regular business hours Monday thru Friday. Location: - This position will be a work from home position, and may come in-office located in downtown Stillwater, MN as requested. Salary: - $74,000 - $94,000 annually.
