Job Description
Capital Markets Operations Data Analyst
Addi
• Optimize and scale Addi’s capital structure by executing sophisticated debt financing strategies that ensure long-term liquidity and lower the cost of funds to fuel rapid regional expansion. • Achieve Lender Reporting by deploying AI agents that automate the vast majority of manual compliance checks, significantly accelerating the monthly reporting cycle to a near-instantaneous turnaround. • Reduce "Ineligible Loan" drag through the implementation of real-time automated quality gates that flag non-compliant originations before they hit the loan tape. • Launch an "AI Allocation Engine" that autonomously suggests the optimal loan-to-lender strategy based on real-time cost-of-funds and concentration limits, consistently improving portfolio margin. • Establish a "Predictive Covenant Dashboard" that provides multi-horizon forecasts of compliance buffers, giving the Treasury team substantial lead time to proactively manage any potential technical breaches. • Ship Production AI Agents (Reporting, Monitoring, and Allocation) with a documented evaluation framework (LLM-as-a-judge) to ensure institutional-grade accuracy in financial data interpretation.
Job Requirements
- Proven Expertise in Computational Finance
- Demonstrates the ability to write high-performance SQL (Nice to have) to navigate complex Snowflake/Databricks schemas and reconstruct "Loan Tapes" from scratch.
- Possesses the analytical rigor to audit complex financial calculations (IRR, NPV, Delinquency buckets) across massive datasets.
- Experienced in AI Agent Architecture & LLM Implementation
- Track record of moving beyond simple "Chat" interfaces to building functional pipelines using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or direct API integrations.
- Demonstrates a "Human-in-the-loop" design philosophy, ensuring AI-generated reports have robust validation layers.
- Radical Attention to Detail & "Zero-Failure" Mindset
- Demonstrates an obsessive focus on data precision and a "zero-failure" mindset.
- Shows the ability to deconstruct complex Credit Agreements into logical "if-then" code requirements.
- Demonstrates High-Speed Prototyping & Ownership
- Experienced in shipping code to production in an agile environment, prioritizing "functional and safe" over "perfect and late."
- Proven ability to act as a "Product Owner" for their own tools, identifying operational bottlenecks without being told where to look.
- Advanced Communication & Stakeholder Influence
- Skilled at translating "AI probabilistic outputs" into "Finance-grade certainties" for C-suite and external auditors.
- Fluent in English (mandatory) to negotiate technical requirements with global banking partners.
Benefits
- Work on a problem that truly matters
