• Develop and deploy holistic Procurement and Category Management structure for new construction projects. • Play a key role in contributing to the overall Procurement and construction goals for our clients. • Develop Procurement and Category management roadmap for multi-site project • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders that interact with the program strategies and goals. • Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in a related technical and/or business discipline or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of experience in developing and running programs in Procurement
- Knowledge of classical CAPEX projects, with sub-disciplines including Construction, Engineering, Equipment, Lab, Furniture, IT, and Architectural.
- CAPEX/Procurement SME with 8-10 years of experience and a category procurement background (Engineering, R&D, Admin, IT).
- Knowledge of Cougar Procurement System is a plus.
- Dynamic and engaging program management skills.
- Solid coaching and mentoring competency.
- Ability to convey and communicate complex concepts simply and clearly.
- Self-starter, works independently, and maintains a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Operate as a team and/or independently while demonstrating flexibility to changing requirements.

Job Description The Program Specialist II is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers and managing the full lifecycle of the requisition process including requisition intake, shortlisting, sourcing management, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, offboarding and reporting. Role Description We are looking for an autonomous, mid-level Finance Manager to take full ownership of financial operations. You will serve as the single source of truth for all financial data, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and efficiency across the business. This is not a data-entry role — it is a hands-on management position. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing cash flow, and providing leadership with real-time insights into financial performance. Key Responsibilities - Financial Management & Reporting - Oversee and maintain the accounting system, ensuring all accounts are accurately reconciled on a daily/weekly basis. - Maintain and update a dynamic weekly P&L report to provide real-time visibility into financial performance. - Monitor cash flow and ensure overall financial health of the business. - Accounts Receivable & Collections - Own the full invoicing lifecycle, including generating and issuing invoices. - Proactively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections and minimize delays. - Global Payroll - Manage monthly payroll and contractor payments across an international team. - Ensure accurate and timely disbursements across multiple regions. - Financial Oversight & Insights - Act as an early warning system for financial risks or changes. - Identify shifts in margins, unexpected expenses, or payment trends, and provide proactive recommendations. - Process Ownership - Take full ownership of financial workflows end-to-end. - Operate independently without the need for constant oversight or follow-ups.
