Overview The Data Center & Network Services organization is looking for a Director of Network Operations to lead a global operations in APAC Region for Level 2 focused on ensuring the stable operation of Mastercard’s Network infrastructure globally. This role requires strong people leadership skill, experience leading network operations organizations, network systems health check validations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance to support the organization's mission-critical operations. Role & Responsibilities • Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage the Global Network Operations team, including network engineers, analysts, and support staff. Develop strategic plans for network operations, monitoring, and incident management. Collaborate with senior IT leadership to align network operations with organizational goals. Shaping the direction and growth of the network operations function • Operational Oversight: Direct daily operations of Critical Network, ensuring 24/7 monitoring and support. Oversee troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution of major network incidents. Ensure timely escalation and communication of critical issues to stakeholders. Ensuring high network performance, reliability and uptime. To be measured on KPI’s • Team Management Leading developing and mentoring teams of networks and managers. • Network Performance & Reliability: Monitor network performance metrics and implement improvements to ensure uptime and efficiency. Coordinate with infrastructure teams to optimize network design and scalability. Manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning for network operations. • Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Implement and maintain network security protocols and incident response procedures. • Stakeholder Engagement representing the network function in executive meetings and collaborating with other departments • Support all aspects of the Network deployment activities. About You • Position requires a Master’s degree, in Computer Science, MBA, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related technical field, and Five (5) years of experience, in the job offered, as Engineering/Operations or related. • Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree and Five+ (5+) years of progressively responsible experience. • Qualifying experience must include three (3) years of experience with each of the following: Routing and switching protocols; Cisco/ Arista / HP / Aruba network switching, routing, WIFI, hardware and software; Unicast: OSPF, BGP, NAT, IPSEC and GRE; Switching: CDP/LLDP, QOS. Chaque station permet d'enregistrer en continu le niveau et le débit du cours d'eau. Au sein du SELB/B2HPC, vous aurez pour mission principale, au même titre que les autres technicien.nes hydromètres de l'unité, la gestion d'une partie du réseau de stations hydrométriques de l'unité U2HO, soit une quinzaine de stations hydrométriques. Cette mission globale inclut les sous-missions suivantes: - Maintenance des stations : entretien, réparation, évolution du matériel des stations et mise en place éventuelle de nouvelles stations. - Réalisation de jaugeages (mesures de débit sur site), traitement et établissement des courbes de tarage permettant de calculer les débits à partir des hauteurs enregistrées par les stations. - Traitement et bancarisation mensuelle des données de hauteurs enregistrées et transmises par les stations dans la banque de données nationale Hydroportail, critique et validation annuelle des données. Vous aurez également pour missions complémentaires un rôle de référent sur des problématiques transversales à l'unité (à hauteur de 20% du temps agent).
