Quality Assurance Engineer

• Define and execute QA strategies that align with business goals and technical requirements • Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across web applications, APIs, and integrated systems • Build and maintain automated test solutions to improve efficiency and test coverage • Validate data integrity, system interactions, and third-party integrations • Identify, track, and support resolution of defects and production issues • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure usability, performance, and reliability • Champion QA best practices and contribute to scalable, repeatable testing frameworks

Job Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
  • Experience testing web applications, APIs, and integrated systems
  • Experience working in Agile environments and supporting both projects and BAU operations
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
  • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
  • Understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with data validation and SQL is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
