• Coordinate daily activities with the Senior Manager of Shared Services • Oversee the assignment mailbox and case placeholder dashboard to ensure timely case distribution; assist as backup when needed • Review and analyze referral instructions to determine client requirements • Alert Regional Managers and Investigative Consultants to issues identified during intake and setup • Maintain accurate client contact information in Dynamics, adhering to formatting protocols and grammar standards • Update case management system with current information • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders • Handle various case updates (client-driven, in-house, and error-driven) • Collaborate with team members, Regional Managers, and Directors to ensure accurate product/service setup • Audit case files for compliance with client service level agreements • Review quality control reports and resolve identified issues • Create and maintain client-specific primers for complex assignment/setup processes • Develop and update training materials; provide initial and refresher training for team members • Manage team workload distribution and adherence to workflow processes • Track team productivity and error rates • Communicate and meet with team members on a regular basis • Lead initiatives to enhance productivity by streamlining processes, implementing automation, and improving workflow efficiency within the ASD application • Vet attorney clients for retainer requirements and third-party billing; ensure proper entry into systems • Update retainer status in Dynamics after credit reviews • Maintain a proficiency in understanding client rates, instructions, relationships and hierarchies

• The Director of National Accounts is accountable for the achievement of new business sales growth through the execution of the overall strategies and tactics contained within Frasco’s National Sales Program. • Seek, qualify, and expand higher volume opportunities toward a successful execution via various techniques, strategies, and business model partnerships. • Consistently meet/exceed overall annual sales goals. • Generates pipeline opportunities to achieve sales goals through multi-channel activities. • Successfully manages/updates opportunity pipeline within CRM. • Develop creative strategies to increase new sales both territorially and nationally. • Develop and maintain executive-level strategic partnerships. • Develop professional proposals that communicate a compelling solution and follow proposals through decision-making and purchasing process to closure. • Develop targeted marketing and networking activities to identify and reach out to prospective customers within our target market. • Identify local, state, regional, and national conferences for exhibiting and speaking engagements. • Articulate complex concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals. • Possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as a team player. • Professionally represent Frasco at all times, exhibiting exemplary and ethical behavior and outstanding leadership consistent with Frasco’s vision and core values.

• Edit investigative reports for formatting, spelling, and grammatical issues to ensure they are client-ready when finalized • Alert regional managers to any issues related to investigative quality or compliance with investigative policies and procedures that may be identified during the report editing process • Update and annotate the corporate case management system with investigative notes and upload/save completed/edited reports • Review and analyze case notes and case instructions to determine what developed information is pertinent to the requested field investigation • Work closely with team members, regional managers, and service line directors

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal technical support, delivering clear, professional, and customer-focused assistance • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 issues across devices, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics, VPN/network access, and peripherals • Log, categorize, prioritize, and document all support requests in the ticketing system, meeting defined service and escalation standards • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 or specialized teams with complete and actionable documentation • Support user account management, including provisioning, password resets, MFA issues, and Entra ID access changes • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities in partnership with HR and IT leadership • Configure and support devices, standard software, and approved Microsoft-based business applications in line with security standards • Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base content while contributing to continuous improvement of Tier 1 support processes

• Lead cross-functional projects from intake through delivery, following established project management standards • Build and maintain project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies • Facilitate project ceremonies, including kickoffs, working sessions, status updates, and retrospectives • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and resource constraints with clear recommendations • Track dependencies and sequencing across initiatives, including management tools, templates, and workflows • Provide support to teams in adopting new processes through training, documentation, and hands-on guidance • Serve as a key point of coordination across project teams • Support organizational readiness through communication, documentation, and alignment • Build strong relationships across teams to drive effective execution and shared accountability

• Develop video concepts aligned with marketing objectives, campaigns, and buyer journey stages • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and subject-matter experts to translate complex investigative services into clear visual narratives • Maintain a video content calendar aligned with broader marketing initiatives • Serve as an on-camera brand ambassador for select video and social content, representing the firm’s values, professionalism, and culture • Participate in occasional short-form social media content that supports employer branding and recruitment efforts • Collaborate with marketing and HR to create authentic video content that attracts talent while maintaining a professional, credible B2B brand presence • Support the firm’s visibility on platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels through personality-driven, compliant content when appropriate • Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and confidentiality standards • Script, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including brand and explainer videos, thought leadership content, client testimonials, social media, and website videos • Manage lighting, audio, framing, and post-production to ensure professional standards • Create motion graphics, captions, and basic animations when needed • Publish and optimize video content across channels (website, LinkedIn, YouTube, email campaigns, sales enablement) • Adapt long-form content into short-form clips for social media and campaigns • Apply SEO and platform best practices (titles, thumbnails, captions, CTAs) • Track and report on video performance metrics (engagement, completion rate, conversions)
