Casting Director, UGC Creators

Everyday Dose

• Source UGC creators across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.) • Identify creators who: Feel credible and trustworthy on camera, speak naturally about wellness, routines, and real life, and align with Everyday Dose’s core customer (especially women 35–55) • Cast creators for: Paid social ads, testimonials, educational content, lifestyle and ritual-driven creative, and maintain a high-quality, diverse creator roster • Develop audition briefs and prompts • Evaluate creators on: On-camera presence, believability, emotional resonance, ability to follow directions, and performance potential (not just vibes) • Pressure-test creators for repeatability and longevity, not one-off hits • Own creator onboarding, expectations, and ongoing communication • Partner with Creative Strategy to: Match creators to the right creative territories and provide feedback based on performance data • Manage creator output volume, timelines, and consistency • Build long-term relationships with top-performing creators • Work closely with Growth and Creative to understand: Which creators perform, why they perform, and when they fatigue • Use performance data to refine casting decisions • Sunset underperforming creators and scale winners with intention • Build scalable systems for: Creator sourcing, tracking performance by creator, contracting and usage rights • Help establish best practices around creator diversity, authenticity, and brand safety

Job Requirements

  • 3–6+ years experience in: UGC casting, creator management, performance creative operations, influencer marketing with a performance lens
  • Deep understanding of: What makes UGC convert (and what kills trust) and platform-native content styles
  • Highly organized, proactive, and opinionated (in a good way)
  • Strong taste and intuition but grounded in results
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and fast
