As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative, compliance and quality assurance support across the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme, also known as FORS. You will play a key role in ensuring the FORS Standard is applied accurately and consistently, supporting audit providers, operators, internal quality assurance teams and external stakeholders. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and where your organisation skills and judgement will make a real difference. What you'll be doing: · Managing compliance issues, complaints, suspensions and terminations, ensuring cases are handled accurately and closed within agreed service level agreements. · Monitoring and responding to a high‑volume compliance mailbox, issuing correspondence and maintaining clear audit trails. · Supporting audit, training and quality assurance activity, including enhanced audits, training action plans and auditor records. · Maintaining accurate data across multiple systems, including FORS Online and JIRA, and managing auditor access and records. · Producing regular reports and updates, including compliance metrics, registrations and stakeholder notifications. · Supporting meetings and stakeholder engagement through coordination, minute taking and follow‑up actions. What you’ll bring: · Working knowledge of the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) and an understanding of how the FORS Standard is applied in practice, as a minimum requirement. · Experience working with compliance‑based or assurance schemes, applying standards consistently and accurately. · Strong experience managing compliance processes, including handling sensitive cases, audit outcomes or regulatory decisions with professionalism. · Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage high‑volume, service level agreement‑driven workloads accurately. · High levels of system competence, with confidence working across multiple platforms and maintaining clear, auditable records. · The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage competing demands in a fast‑paced environment. It would be great if you had: · Experience working for, or closely with, a FORS audit provider. · Hands on experience supporting or delivering audits within FORS or other comparable schemes, such as trade membership or accreditation-based auditing frameworks.
