ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES - Attends all levels of hearings before the Industrial Commission on behalf of clients with the exception of legal issues. - Creates follow-up hearing letters; enters hearing results in the TEAM system. - Reviews files online or via CD for upcoming hearings; prepares necessary documentation to represent employer's interests. - Reviews state files. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Current driver's license required. Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Area Retail Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure our products are visually appealing, correctly stocked, and accessible to customers across retail locations. This role involves executing visual merchandising plans, monitoring inventory levels, and engaging with store staff to optimize product placement and drive sales. About this role About the Department APAC Institutional Client Business (ICB) is responsible for understanding the overall strategic, investment and risk management needs of the largest Institutions and translating these into commercial opportunities for our business. Skills and relationships with stakeholders of investment, risk management, actuarial or other technical roles in a life insurance. - Strong knowledge of the business models of life insurance companies, the regulatory and accounting constraints under which they operate and the general application of insurance and fund regulation.
