Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Area Retail Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure our products are visually appealing, correctly stocked, and accessible to customers across retail locations. This role involves executing visual merchandising plans, monitoring inventory levels, and engaging with store staff to optimize product placement and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: - Implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and brand presence in-store. - Set up new product displays and promotional materials in line with company guidelines. - Restock shelves to ensure optimum inventory levels and avoid out-of-stock situations. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of displays, shelves, and promotional areas. - Monitor and report on competitor activity (publicly visible), product trends, and store feedback. - Liaise with store management and staff to confirm placement and promotional compliance. - Ensure that al fixtures and messaging follows Dyson’s SD requirements whilst maintaining high representation of the brand in every store - Build and maintain influential relationships with store management and team members - Support high-profile visits and VIP engagements/Events - Organise and plan your time effectively to multitask and deliver in order to maximise return on investment during store visits - Be appointed the “go-to person” for compliance queries and support within your Area - Track inventory levels and communicate restock requirements or discrepancies. - Collect and report data on sales performance, display effectiveness, and customer feedback. - Identify opportunities for improving shelf presentation and product visibility. - Travel to multiple store locations as required, following a set schedule. - Support with retailer store training on Dyson products when required. - Any other tasks that the the business may require. Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail merchandising or a similar Retail/Retail Activation role preferred. - Strong attention to detail with a creative eye for product presentation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. - Physical ability to stand, lift, and move products for extended periods. - Valid Irish driver’s license - Comfortable with covering a large geographical area, as well as overnight stays in order to achieve frequency #LI-AC1 Dyson is an equal opportunity employer. Job Purpose/Background Reporting to the Head of Taiwan Institutional Client Business, he/she will work closely with APAC Institutional Client Business teams including Official Institutions Group, Financial institutions Group, and Insurance solutions to develop Taiwan Institutional client business. Responsibilities - Establish, develop and maintain client relationships with Taiwan institutional clients. - Proactively and independently approach prospect clients, originate and monetize business opportunities. - Apply knowledge in asset-liability management (ALM), strategic asset allocation, and capital management to enhance effective client communication and internal partners across the BlackRock platform. - Develop best sales development practices to achieve commercial success for BlackRock’s institutional business in Taiwan by collaborating with stakeholders across BlackRock platform. - Keep abreast of the implications of regulatory, accounting and capital frameworks on investment, product development and risk management decisions made by insurance companies. - Liaise with internal teams to develop solutions and manage client’s trade cycle, including Client Servicing, Onboarding, Legal & Compliance, Contracting, Product Strategists, Reporting, Billing and any other relevant teams for client delivery. - Prepare sales materials for key client sales pitch. - Regularly monitor mandates with portfolio performance at risk and propose defend strategies and follow up with clients proactively. - Mentor the team to develop the business development strategies by integrating the asset and liability consideration. Contribute to commercial success for the institutional business in Taiwan. Knowledge/Experience - At least 10 relevant years of experience, preferably in a high quality, multi-product asset management firm, investment bank, consultancy, or insurance company. - Practical experience in the implementation of investment and ALM strategies utilised by insurers. Skills and relationships with stakeholders of investment, risk management, actuarial or other technical roles in a life insurance. - Strong knowledge of the business models of life insurance companies, the regulatory and accounting constraints under which they operate and the general application of insurance and fund regulation. Sound understanding of local insurance liabilities. - Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, ability to build influential relationships both internally and externally. - Ability to identify and resolve challenging situations, exercise sensible judgment and handle complex client requirements independently. - Client-focused, detail-oriented, mature, confident, self-motivated. - Local securities license is required.
