We are looking for a Program Manager to lead high-stakes collaborations and cultivate solid partnerships across diverse product groups. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap, while presenting key strategic updates to our senior leadership and executive teams. As a Program Manager II, you will be responsible for: - Leading execution of programs aligned with the GS Product portfolio. - Facilitating cross-functional collaboration among Global Services teams while fostering partnerships with GS Products, program stakeholders, and other product groups. - Developing comprehensive program plans, including problem statements, vision, phasing, communication plans and risk registers. - Ensuring programs align with corporate guidelines and comply with established review standards. - Adopting best-practice guidelines to influence and implement continuous improvements to the program delivery processes. - Developing content and presenting concise, meaningful project proposals and updates to senior GS leadership and executives. - Tracking, assessment and communication of program impact & outcomes. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.
