Employment Type: Permanent part time position (4 hours per week) Location: Flexible working arrangements NSW In this role, you will assist therapists in obtaining clinical outcomes with families, maintaining safety, diagnosing and treating adults and children with significant mental health problems, and helping with hospitalisation when needed. MST (Multisystemic Therapy) is an empirically based and internationally proven treatment model developed through more than 30 years of applied research. Our MST program is designed specifically for young people and focuses on changing the factors linked to anti-social and offending behaviour across individual, family, peer, school/vocational, and community systems. About the Role Role: Program Coordinator – National After Hours Service Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Location: Completely flexible, as this is a work from home opportunity! In this rewarding Program Coordinator opportunity within the National After-Hours Service (NAHS), your role will focus on the effective coordination of services through reviewing, developing, implementing and monitoring efficient and effective operating and administrative systems. You will work alongside the National Manager to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and high-quality care, helping meet the needs of clients within our Child, Youth & Family services & National Immigration Support services across Australia. Key Responsibilities: - Data collection, interpretation and analysis to enhance service delivery within the after hours portfolio. - Identify areas for service and process improvement, working with the National After Hours team to create and implement strategies and new processes. - Administration Support such as diary management, face to face and remote meeting coordination, and travel management support. - General Team Coordination including overseeing probity, undertaking rostering and timesheet approvals within the National After Hours team. - Create and maintain all files and databases are up to date with current and accurate data - Respond to all incoming after-hours enquiries in a professional and efficient manner, role modelling genuine and effective communication methods - Model a flexible and creative approach that is person centred, enabling and supporting choice and controlling, which balances with business needs Skills & Experience - Tertiary qualifications in a behavioural science or an equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution or equivalent experience - Experience in a rostering or scheduling role, ideally utilising the SCHADS award - Previous experience in the utilisation of rostering software systems (Microsoft Teams Shifts experience if preferred) - An understanding of service delivery within residential Child, Youth & Family services and/or National Immigration Support Services - Demonstrate experience managing competing priorities to deliver outcomes within required timeframes - Confidence to respectfully navigate complex or difficult situations/conversations with stakeholders - Ability to build and maintain positive and professional relationships with stakeholders Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and any relevant stated based checks. About the role Reporting to the Executive Director, Aged Care, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across VIC, TAS, SA & NT Aged Care services.
