Preventive Maintenance Coordinator Lead – GFEBS

• The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead is responsible for all Preventive Maintenance (PM) program execution inside GFEBS, ensuring accurate creation, coding, tracking, and closure of PMOs, DMOs, and OWOs in accordance with Government standards. • This discipline performs all required A76 DPW Contractor roles in GFEBS, including Master Data Maintainer, Preventive Maintenance Controller, GR Processor, Physical Inventory Maintainer, PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer, PM Order Approver, PM Order Maintainer, and PM Reporter. • This discipline ensures all required GFEBS fields are populated, including priority, start and end dates, functional location, equipment, and structured long text with date‑based entries. • This discipline manages work centers, activity types, labor hour entry, and task list alignment to ensure accurate labor and cost tracking. • This discipline enforces standardized naming conventions, structured text formats, and maintains acronym crosswalks to ensure clarity and audit readiness. • This discipline captures and maintains customer and point‑of‑contact information, ensuring proper assignment when requestors are not present in the system. • This discipline manages work order intake from phone, web, walk‑in, and email channels, ensuring real‑time order creation and proper classification. • This discipline assigns and tracks priority levels (P1, P2, P3) in accordance with the service matrix and ensures accurate reflection of execution timelines. • This discipline updates PM schedules, aligns them with generated orders, and ensures start and completion dates are accurately recorded in GFEBS. • This discipline manages the full lifecycle of work orders, ensuring proper creation, updates, execution tracking, closure, and documentation. • This discipline maintains audit‑ready records, ensures data accuracy and completeness, and supports compliance with all system and reporting requirements. • This discipline coordinates with DPW BOID and the Operations Control Center to support routing, approvals, and workflow integration. • This discipline follows all VGS standard policies and practices.

Job Requirements

  • Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date
  • Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date. Passport must have a minimum of 6 blank pages prior to OCONUS mobilization.
  • Must satisfy the pre-deployment medical requirements for the assigned location prior to OCONUS mobilization and must be able to maintain a Medically Qualified (MQ) rating on an annual basis.
  • Must be CAC eligible and able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ GFEBS experience specifically involving Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and project-related data.
  • Experience performing GFEBS PM roles including PMO creation, work order management, required field entry, and lifecycle tracking is preferred.
  • Formalized GFEBS training or completion of Government-provided GFEBS modules within 30 business days of hire is required; certificates of completion must be provided.
  • Spanish language skills are preferred but not required.
  • Current legal residency of the United States or Honduras is required.

Role Description Le chargé d'études planification accompagne les collectivités territoriales dans les procédures d'évolution de leurs documents d'urbanisme (PLU, carte communale) en tenant compte des différents enjeux portés par les services de l'État. Cet accompagnement se traduit par : - Élaboration de porter-à-connaissance et note d'enjeux avec l'appui des autres services de la DDTM - Rédaction d'avis de l'État - Contrôle de légalité de ces documents Il participe également aux réunions personnes publiques associées et aux réunions techniques avec les bureaux d'études et les communes. Minimum and Additional Requirements State Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma and experience in environmental health programs or radiological health.
