Talent Acquisition Lead – Marketing Direction

• Lead and develop a recruitment team focused on hiring for marketing roles across multiple functions • Own and improve the end-to-end hiring process for marketing positions (pipeline strategy, sourcing effectiveness, hiring quality) • Partner closely with Marketing leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning • Ensure high quality of hire aligned with business and marketing performance goals • Mentor, coach, and support recruiters specializing in marketing talent acquisition • Build scalable sourcing strategies for key marketing roles (Performance Marketing, Growth, Brand, Content, CRM, Analytics, etc.) • Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnels based on data insights • Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives targeting marketing professionals • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Marketing and Fintech industries

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including hiring for marketing roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring marketing specialists (Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Content, etc.)
  • Hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Client-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions
  • Self-starter with high motivation and adaptability
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and manage changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on continuous improvement
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
