Salute
• Lead, coach, and develop the TA team; set goals, provide feedback, manage performance reviews, conduct training, and support career progression. • Partner with business and HR leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and hiring priorities. • Establish recruiting strategies for key talent segments / personas (sourcing, assessment, employer brand, referrals). • Manage recruiting operations: requisition flow, capacity planning, reports and dashboards, KPI execution, and process adherence. • Monitor recruiting tools for optimal performance output, including ADP, Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn Recruiter, Oplign, MSEP, Handshake, etc. • Drive recruiting execution across client activation data center hiring goals. • Track recruiting performance and metrics (time to fill, time to start, total time in process, candidate pipeline, ATS adherence) and create basic reports / dashboards. • Ensure a consistent, equitable hiring process, adhering to company policies and state / country laws. • Lead TA projects, tool enhancements, manage and develop training to reinforce process improvements and improve productivity levels. • Ensure consistent training to TA team members and organizational hiring leaders around interview and selection standards and processes. • Manage vendor relationships and recruiting operations (agencies, job boards, background check providers) as needed. • Lead TA projects (ATS optimization, interview training, talent initiatives, college recruitment programs, onboarding alignment, etc.). • Manage requisition distribution and stakeholder business needs to aid in organizational scale. • Own compliance and TA documentation standards aligned with company policy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
- Minimum 2 years people management experience (hiring, training, performance management)
- Proven experience leading hiring delivery across multiple functions or high-volume environments.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actions.
- Strong team engagement, retention, and performance development.
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong background in IT, technical, data center and multi-site recruiting.
- Experience implementing or optimizing ATS/CRM processes.
- Project management skills; experience leading change management initiatives.
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written.
