Your Role Job responsibilities include working with clients to understand requirements, solutioning, system configuration and documentation. • Act as a trusted advisor to the client, providing expert functional and solution guidance • Gather business requirements, perform fit gap analysis, and document high quality functional specifications • Create and validate As Is and To Be process maps to support design and alignment with future state solutions • Perform system configuration and execute unit testing to ensure solution accuracy • Document configuration settings, functional specifications, test scripts, and supporting artefacts • Execute test cases and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Lead a functional workstream, ensuring delivery quality, issue resolution, and alignment with project timelines • Provide input to project management on planning, risks, dependencies, and status updates • Contribute to capability development within the functional service line, including knowledge sharing and improvement initiatives Your Profile Functional resource with experience in SAP Procurement and Inventory Management • 10 + years of project experience, including 3+ full end to end implementation cycles • Extensive experience working with SAP • Strong ability to demonstrate deep functional knowledge of SAP MM • Experience with SAP SD and or EWM a plus • Proven ability to independently build and manage business stakeholder relationships • Solid understanding of project methodologies and delivery phases • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Experience in functional lead and solution architect roles • Experience in the FMCP, Retail and or Energy What you'll love about working here - We recognise the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support. They are an advisor, strategist, operator, and closer—comfortable partnering directly with plant leaders, functional SVPs, and C-suite executives while running highly complex searches with urgency, rigor, and exceptional quality. Responsibilities - Executive Search & Delivery - Lead full-cycle search execution for Sr. Director+ and senior leadership roles across all Supply Chain functions. - Build tailored search strategies incorporating organizational mapping, talent pools, competitor insights, and function-specific requirements (e.g., food safety, regulated manufacturing, TPM, capital projects). - Develop or refine position profiles, success criteria, and leadership capability frameworks aligned to operational needs and Chobani culture. - Drive rigorous search execution—including proactive sourcing, assessment, and candidate movement—ensuring consistent momentum and quality. - Deliver diverse, high-caliber talent slates while upholding inclusive, equitable recruiting practices. - Stakeholder & Executive Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership, influencing talent decisions with market intelligence, data, and contextual insights. - Partner closely with Plant Directors, Ops/Manufacturing VPs, Engineering leadership, and HRBPs to define needs, calibrate talent, and guide decisions. - Coach hiring managers on structured interview approaches, assessment best practices, and selection discipline. - Provide clear, transparent communication on search progress and expectations. - Market Intelligence & Talent Strategy - Develop deep understanding of the manufacturing and supply chain talent ecosystem within CPG, food & beverage, dairy, advanced manufacturing, and adjacent industries. - Track trends in food safety, automation, engineering, maintenance & reliability, OEE improvement, plant leadership succession, and logistics networks. - Build proactive pipelines for critical recurring roles, future plant leadership, and niche technical leadership talent. - Advise on organizational design, capability gaps, and external talent availability to support Chobani’s long-term supply chain strategy. - Candidate Experience & Brand Stewardship - Deliver an exceptional, respectful, transparent candidate experience tailored to senior operators and manufacturing leaders. - Represent Chobani’s values, mission, safety culture, operational excellence, and people-first philosophy throughout the search process. - Ensure that all candidates—selected or not—leave with positive impressions of Chobani’s brand and culture. - Search Operations & Process Excellence - Maintain accurate search documentation, candidate notes, and reporting within ATS/CRM systems. - Champion process discipline while continuously identifying opportunities to improve speed, quality, and consistency in executive search operations. - Collaborate with TA Operations and People teams on analytics, market dashboards, and search performance metrics. - Manage external search firm partnerships, ensuring alignment, accountability, and quality delivery when firms are engaged. Qualifications - 8–12+ years of executive search or senior-level recruiting experience; a mix of in-house and retained search preferred. - Significant experience recruiting Sr. Director+ talent within Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related technical functions. - Strong fluency in manufacturing leadership competencies (e.g., TPM/OEE, food safety, quality systems, automation, reliability, logistics, capital projects). - Proven success influencing senior leaders, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and driving decisions. - Track record of delivering strong, diverse slates and embedding inclusive hiring practices. - Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive-level storytelling. - High urgency, operational rigor, and comfort working in fast-moving, high-change production environments. - Experience in food & beverage, CPG, dairy, or regulated manufacturing strongly preferred. - Travel required 50% +.
