ABOUT THE ROLE The Director of Supply Chain will be responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing a fully integrated supply chain that supports the rapid delivery of large-scale data center infrastructure. This leader will oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical and electrical equipment - from defining specifications and evaluating build—buy-partner options to sourcing, contracting, and ensuring on-time delivery of long-lead, power-intensive components. They will shape early engineering and design decisions, build strategic supplier and manufacturer partnerships, and develop standards that improve constructability, cost, and schedule performance across projects. Role Overview The Planner (Demand & Supply) is responsible for leading integrated, end‑to‑end supply chain planning across demand, supply, and materials. As the organization transitions from separate demand and supply roles to a unified planning model, this role requires a broad planner skillset capable of managing both finished goods and subcomponent‑level planning. The role develops mid‑to‑long‑range demand outlooks and optimized supply strategies to support large‑scale infrastructure, network hardware, and AI‑driven deployments. The Planner partners closely with Sourcing, Engineering, Finance, and cross‑functional teams to drive operational excellence, informed trade‑off decisions, and scalable planning processes.
