Qualifications - Must possess a valid Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC) with Med Cert (Medical Certificate). - Current certification in Vessel Personnel with Designated Security Duties (VPDSD). - Completed Basic Safety Training in compliance with maritime regulations. - Holder of a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC). - Trained in either THUET, FOET, or BOSIET - Water Survival Courses, ensuring readiness for emergency offshore situations. - Possess either a RigPass or SafeGulf certification demonstrating understanding of the offshore operating environment. - Experienced with rigging practices and protocols for safe and efficient operational setup. - Current certification in ServSafe or equivalent food handling and safety program. - Proven ability to produce a high volume of meals under potentially stressful conditions. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for a multi-cultural work environment. - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the job site's operational demands. - Prior experience in offshore or remote sites culinary operations is highly desirable.
