Role Description La Guadeloupe est plongée dans une crise systémique profonde de l'eau et de l'assainissement. 25 % de la population n'a pas accès à l'eau courante de façon régulière. La majorité des stations d'épuration ne sont pas conformes. Les masses d'eau et la biodiversité en sont directement impactées. Les services de l'État sont mobilisés dans le redressement de cette situation. - Assurer le suivi du schéma directeur d'aménagement et de gestion des eaux (SDAGE) et de son plan de mesures (PdM) pour la Guadeloupe et Saint-Martin. - Contribuer à mobiliser les pilotes en charge des actions du plan actions opérationnelles territorialisées (PAOT). - Consigner et exploiter les données du PAOT et du PdM dans le logiciel OSMOSE2. - Assurer le rapportage à la Commission Européenne sur la mise en œuvre de la directive cadre sur l'eau (DCE). - Mise en œuvre du programme de surveillance des masses d'eau de Guadeloupe, y compris l'élaboration de l'état des lieux. - Suivi et animation de la rédaction du SDAGE pour la période 2028-2033. - Organiser les différentes réunions du comité de l'eau et de la biodiversité (CEB) et rédiger les compte rendus. - Apporter votre expertise sur les sujets débattus. - Assurer le secrétariat du CEB et gérer son site internet. - Participer à la mise en œuvre des politiques de lutte contre les pollutions diffuses, notamment en participant aux réunions des plans Chlordécone et Ecophyto.
