Description The Regional Team Manager has a key role in managing our field resources. The primary role is to lead the field service technician group, gauge the quality of their work, and help coordinate their deployment on service projects as well as coaching and mentoring the respective team. As the field team’s conduit to senior leadership, you are expected to communicate issues and offer ideas to continually improve our work environment. Thorough Understanding of Restaurant operations, including POS, technical concepts and computer networking: Specifically Toast or Square and a willingness to learn other platforms as required The leadership also expects you to continue to keep informed of new features and technologies that build your personal capabilities within our organization. Requirements - Weekly communication with leadership team - Open door policy for your field team - Proactive weekly engagement with your field team - Ongoing team mentoring and presenting of learning opportunities by shadowing at least one service appointment per week with a team member (see one team member per week in the field) - Identifying key team members for promotions - Monitor employee labor so as to remain in compliance with state and federal laws - Isolating Team capabilities and weaknesses - Ensure your team is submitting required documentation and clocking in and out in a timely manner - Always striving to build morale and determine ways to grow - Maintain your own projects 3 to 4 days per week - Administer corrective action communications Suggested/Permitted Activities - Team building exercises and activities such as quarterly dinner meetups. - Monthly Team Calls - Unannounced onsite drop ins on team members
