Job Description
Senior Data Analyst
Dispensed Global
About The Role Dispensed is building telehealth infrastructure across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, and this role sits at the centre of how the business understands what is working, what is not, and where to go next. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will own complex, multi-market analyses that directly shape clinical protocols, product direction, and commercial strategy, working alongside the people who make those calls. This is not a role where analysis disappears into a dashboard; the expectation is that your work drives decisions, and you will be in the room when those decisions are made. You will also help define what good analytical practice looks like at Dispensed, mentoring colleagues and raising the standard of work across the team. For a strong analyst who wants real ownership over meaningful questions in a domain where the stakes genuinely matter for patients, this is that role. What You'll Own - Lead end-to-end analyses on complex, ambiguous business questions across clinical, commercial, and operational domains, from scoping and data wrangling in BigQuery through to structured outputs that recommend a course of action. - Work directly with senior stakeholders in product, clinical, and commercial teams to understand what they are really trying to decide, push back when the question is being framed in a way that will not produce useful answers, and challenge interpretations when the data does not support them. - Design and review the methodology for A/B tests and pilots before they launch, ensuring experimental design is sound and that results will be interpretable and actionable. - Identify data quality issues or analytical risks mid-project and resolve or escalate them without stalling delivery, keeping multi-stakeholder initiatives on track even as requirements shift. - Mentor junior analysts and data engineers on analytical methods, SQL and BigQuery practices, and how to communicate findings clearly, and take initiative on improving shared team standards and documentation. - Proactively surface the highest-value questions Dispensed should be investing analytical effort in, connect proposed work to strategic priorities across the three markets, and help the team focus on what will have the most impact. - Translate complex findings, including uncertainty, caveats, and what the data cannot answer, into clear outputs for non-technical and senior audiences in high-stakes business discussions. What You’ll Need Required: - 6+ years in data analytics with ownership of end-to-end analyses. - Advanced SQL and experience working with large datasets. - Proven ability to structure and deliver analyses on ambiguous, high-impact problems. - Strong stakeholder management and experience influencing senior audiences. - Experience designing and evaluating experiments (A/B tests, pilots). - Ability to identify and resolve data quality issues and analytical risks. - Clear communication skills, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations. - Strong analytical judgment with a focus on business impact. Highly Valued: - Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments. - Familiarity with product, clinical, or commercial analytics. - Proficiency with Python/R or visualisation tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau). What We Offer - Work From Anywhere in Australia. 🌍 - A competitive salary and awesome benefits package. 💰 - A supportive and positive work environment. 🌟 - Opportunities to grow and develop your career. 📈 - Opportunity to transform lives through alternative medicine. 💡
