Discover what we do and how you can fit into our team Roles & Responsibilities: - Transfer booking and validation, overlooking instructions at every stage of the lifecycle and taking actions accordingly - Contract Note Management, making sure transfers are settled in a timely manner, chasing missing contract notes from the Transfer Agents - Reconciliation Support - investigating and solving breaks linked to Transfer Team - Client, Counterparty and TA communication - responding to queries from clients, TAs, and internal teams regarding transfer status and booking issues, monitoring and addressing complaints from clients or counterparties - Close coordination with internal GFX teams and external Transfer Agents to ensure smooth operational workflows Required Qualifications: - Experience in a similar position, ideally within financial services or a related field - Adaptability and the ability to navigate diverse situations with ease - Dependable, flexible, and proactive approach to work - Positive mindset and a collaborative team spirit - Good presentation and communication skills - Well-developed organizational and time management abilities - Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously - Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an asset - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - A university degree in Financial Services or a related discipline is preferred Why join us Embark on your new adventure at Euroclear, and work at the heart of the global capital markets.
