Psychologist and Case Manager Madrid Clinical Ops – Clinical Operations / Full-time / Hybrid We are looking for a Trilingual Psychologist & Case Manager to join our Madrid team. This role is the clinical and linguistic bridge for our users in Spain, and our international corporate partners. You will blend direct clinical and emotional support with strategic case coordination in a multicultural environment. Your Mission - Oversee and coordinate the clinical journey for our members, providing clinical - emotional support and case management in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. - Conduct clinical evaluations, risk assessments (ATS), and short-term evidence-based interventions (CBT) across different languages and cultural contexts. - Act as the clinical point of contact for our english, Portuguese and Spanish provider networks, ensuring high quality of care and compliance with local regulations. - Maintain impeccable clinical records and documentation in Salesforce, ensuring all meets Lyra’s global standards (primarily in Spanish and English) and local legal requirements. - Clinical response for high-risk cases in the region, providing immediate bilingual support and follow-up. Who you are? - A professional with Full fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (C1 level for all three). You must be able to conduct therapy and write technical clinical notes in all three languages. - Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Being a Registered Health Psychologist (Psicólogo General Sanitario) or equivalent accreditation to practice clinically in Spain. - 3+ years of experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and clinical assessment. - Experience with CRMs and clinical management platforms. - Open to adapt clinical empathy to the cultural nuances of both the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
