Platform Engineer
P-1 AI
• Define and own the platform architecture elements that enable our AI systems to run reliably inside sensitive customer environments • Design the BYOC deployment model for Archie across customer environments • Build and own Kubernetes-based infrastructure that runs reliably across multiple clouds and customer setups • Create deployment tooling using Helm, GitOps, or similar approaches to make installation and operations repeatable • Implement secure and reliable update mechanisms that work even in restricted or locked-down network environments • Work closely with product, research, and forward-deployed engineers to translate requirements into platform capabilities • Debug and improve production deployments, identifying bottlenecks in performance, reliability, or operability • Establish observability, monitoring, and debugging patterns that give us visibility into distributed systems we don’t fully control
Job Requirements
- Built and operated Kubernetes-based systems in production
- Designed infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or similar
- Implemented CI/CD or GitOps workflows that deploy systems across environments
- Comfortable working across cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and understand their core primitives
- Worked on systems that require strong security and networking considerations (e.g., VPCs, identity, encryption)
- Like owning problems end-to-end and are comfortable operating in ambiguous, 0-1 environments

Title and Summary Senior Platform Engineer Job Overview Support and assist in the design, architecture, implementation, security, and ongoing support of large-scale, multi-site, multi-vendor MPLS network environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and implement network infrastructure projects, from design through deployment. Develop detailed requirements for upgrading and re-architecting corporate and Mastercard network environments to support new technologies, business growth, and evolving requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve network communication and operational issues impacting customer access and global backbone performance. Participate in telecommunications and network transformation initiatives. Research, evaluate, and develop innovative unified networking solutions. Role Description The M365 Platform & Power Platform Engineer is responsible for the reliability, security, and modernization of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem while building and governing a scalable Power Platform environment. This role engineers core M365 services, supports enterprise automation, and ensures strong platform governance for AI and Copilot-enabled solutions. - Engineer and operate core M365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID). - Maintain platform reliability, configuration currency, tenant hygiene, and compliance with security standards. - Lead Tier-3 engineering, service hardening, workload onboarding, and cross-service integrations. - Design and manage Power Platform environments (Dev/Test/Prod) including Dataverse and provisioning workflows. - Govern connectors, DLP policies, security boundaries, and citizen-developer intake processes. - Implement Copilot/AI-related features and ensure platform readiness for automation and integration initiatives. - Collaborate with security and architecture teams to maintain governance, licensing alignment, and audit compliance. Qualifications - 4–7 years in M365 engineering with hands-on experience in Power Platform and Dataverse. - Strong understanding of identity, conditional access, DLP, and enterprise governance. - Experience with scripting (PowerShell/Graph API) and enterprise-scale tenant operations.
