• Lead the development efforts of our 2–3-person development team as well as supporting and providing technical expertise to Product Management and architectural guidance for our key solutions and cross team integrations. • Provide expertise and guidance in assessing short- to mid‑term (1–2 year plus) organizational needs and shaping the design, development, and implementation of solutions that significantly impact the RTX organizations we support. • Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces tailored to meet business requirements in the Manufacturing Finance domain. • Develop and enhance SAP Fiori applications, including UI5 design and OData services. • Analyze complex business processes and provide technical solutions to optimize financial operations within the manufacturing area. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, manufacturing, and DT, to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions. • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables. • Support SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge sharing to internal teams. • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

• System Design & Configuration: Lead design sessions to define the Foundation Data Model (FDM) and configure business processes, account posting rules, and security assignments. • Data Migration & Mapping: Oversee the extraction, cleansing, and mapping of legacy financial data into Workday, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness. • Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive test scripts and participate in and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate financial controls, purge logic, and reporting accuracy. • Reporting & Analytics: Design advanced financial reports and dashboards (Balance Sheet, P&L, etc.) using Workday Report Writer and Composite Reports. • Knowledge Transfer & SME Development: Design and execute a "train-the-trainer" program to develop a network of internal, cross-functional Workday SMEs capable of sustained support post-go-live. • Training & Change Management: Create comprehensive, role-specific training manuals, job aids, and documentation. • Post-Go-Live Support: Provide expert troubleshooting for system issues during the initial stabilization period and manage service update evaluations.

The Financial Coordinator plays a key role in our patients' treatment providing them with the financial information and support they need to successfully navigate their recovery journeys. Qualities we're looking for: - At least 2-years of experience in high touch customer service or healthcare. - Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously. - Experience with Mac/Apple and Google Suite preferred. - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills necessary to interact with patients as well as internal departments. - Solid working knowledge of insurance plans, patient financial responsibility (co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles) and ability to analyze and propose appropriate options for patients. - Analytical skills necessary to ensure complete and accurate documents and forms. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams (additional experience with remote teams a plus). - A proven track record of persisting through change, demonstrating a forward thinking perspective when under pressure, and consistently stepping up to take action on challenges. - Bilingual Spanish preferred. - Consistent access to a private work environment with high speed internet and professionally appropriate surroundings for frequent video conferencing and a workstation setup conducive to remote work needs.
