Role Description The Enrollment Coordinator plays an instrumental role in displaying compassion and communicating effectively with individuals currently experiencing opioid dependence. Schedule: Wednesday - Friday - 12pm-8:30pm EST, Saturday & Sunday 11am-7:30pm EST - Serve as a first point of contact for individuals interested in reducing opioid use through MAT. - Outreach and engage with potential patients via email, SMS, phone and live chat to schedule intake calls with those interested in MAT. - Provide a comprehensive overview of Bicycle Health’s treatment model and process for enrolling in our services. - Maintain clear and effective communication with callers, establish a positive rapport, and make accurate assessment of caller’s inquiry. - Conduct phone intakes to collect relevant health information, establish individuals’ goals for treatment and determine eligibility for telemedicine-based treatment services. - Verify insurance coverage and schedule first appointments based on provider availability. - Register patients and document relevant clinical information within our EHR. - Coordinate with the patient's new care team to ensure a seamless transition into treatment. - Update Bicycle Health’s CRM to track patients’ progress throughout the enrollment pipeline and to facilitate outreach efforts. - Provide patients with information and referrals for community resources that may support their treatment. - Participate in program development efforts and provide input to optimize the enrollment process. Qualifications - 1-2 years administrative experience interacting with patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment such as a clinic, hospital, or community health center. - Previous experience working in a call center. - Experience in insurance verification. - Experience using EHRs and CRMs is highly preferred. - Previous experience working with individuals experiencing substance use dependency preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to quickly adapt to a demanding, evolving, and fast-paced environment. - Proficient in using modern technology systems such as Google Sheets, Drive, Calendar. - Ability to work on assigned holidays, typically will be required to work 2-3 holidays out of the 8 designated company holidays per year. - Consistent access to a private work environment with high speed internet and professionally appropriate surroundings for frequent video conferencing and a workstation setup conducive to remote work needs. - Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required. Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00 am -6:30 pm EST / 7:00 am -3:30 pm PST Responsibilities - Designing and Developing Content - Utilize instructional design, adult learning principles, and innovative strategies in the conception, design, and development of eLearning materials (both synchronous and asynchronous). - Design and develop high quality instructional materials using a blended learning approach, including guides, job aides, slide decks, articles, and LMS learning tracks. - Adhere to the current Content Evaluation Criteria and Bicycle Health Style Guide. - Training Facilitation - Plan, execute, and facilitate live training sessions as needed, in coordination with department leadership and People Experience. - Mentoring Training Coordinators - Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to Training Coordinators. - Serve as subject matter resource for Training Coordinators, addressing training-related inquiries and troubleshooting challenges. - New Hire Onboarding and Training - Support onboarding new hire cohorts every month by evaluating delivery and content of training through surveys and eNPS scores. - Maintain consistent availability during new hire onboarding cohorts to ensure timely and effective training support. - Compliance & Quality - Assess training outcomes through metrics like participant feedback, knowledge assessments, and surveys. - Prepare and administer knowledge checks and proficiency tests. - Participate in and complete quarterly peer audits to ensure training quality. - Continuous Improvement and Maintenance - Partner with department managers to identify performance gaps and develop training/re-training methods. - Attend weekly trainer meetings with Manager, Learning and Development to discuss priorities and future initiatives. Qualifications - Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience with training facilitation. - At least 1 year’s experience in any patient facing role. - Excellent public speaking, presentation and organizational skills. - Project Management: Ability to define scope, manage multiple tasks, foster collaboration, and adapt to changes. - Organizational Prowess: Excellent organization and time-management skills. - Innovative Problem-Solving: Creative and problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Research Acumen: Proficient research skills to conduct advanced analytical research. - Empathetic Teaching Approach: High empathy and a deep understanding of effective teaching methodologies. - Technological Proficiency: IT proficiency, including the ability to utilize technology for developing online training modules. - Consistent access to a private work environment with high speed internet. Role Description The Opioid Epidemic is a public health crisis with a highly effective but underutilized clinical intervention - millions of Americans are physically dependent on Opioids but only 10% of those likely to have OUD actually access treatment. As a Full Stack Software Engineer , you will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining the technology that our patients use to receive high-quality care. You will work across our web and mobile applications to help provide efficient, modern, secure, and comprehensive telehealth services. As a key member of our engineering team, you will contribute to a mission-driven codebase that directly impacts patient outcomes. Strong experience with TypeScript is highly preferred. - Experience working with GraphQL or Express and designing/consuming RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud environments. - Understanding of iterative agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and writing testable, maintainable code. - A proactive approach to troubleshooting and a desire to take ownership of discrete features or modules. - Consistent access to a private work environment with high speed internet and professionally appropriate surroundings for frequent video conferencing and a workstation setup conducive to remote work needs.
