Job Description: Field Safety Support - Conduct jobsite safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments - Assist with implementation of site-specific safety plans (SSSPs) - Support Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) development and field verification - Monitor compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements - Provide real-time safety guidance to supervisors and field personnel - Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions Incident Prevention and Investigation - Assist with incident investigations, near-miss reporting, and root cause analysis - Support development and tracking of corrective and preventive actions - Participate in safety stand-downs and incident reviews when required - Monitor incident trends and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement Safety Training and Employee Engagement - Assist with employee safety training and safety orientation programs - Deliver or support toolbox talks and safety briefings - Promote employee engagement in safety initiatives and reporting programs - Support a culture of proactive hazard identification and continuous improvement Safety Program Implementation - Support implementation of company safety programs and standard operating procedures - Assist with development and improvement of safety documentation including SOPs, forms, and training materials - Participate in internal safety audits and compliance reviews - Assist in aligning safety programs with regulatory and client-specific requirements Regulatory Compliance - Assist with compliance with applicable regulations including those administered by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) - Support compliance with applicable construction safety standards such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration 29 CFR 1926 - Maintain safety documentation and assist with regulatory recordkeeping requirements True Up is an equal opportunity employer.
